Prompt, professional, courteous, knowledgeable. Replaced a shower valve. Cost was higher because they had to cut and remove tile and replace tile. I had to pay for access thanks to my warranty company plus warranty company would not pay for ASAP to bring the new plumbing up to code. Mike E. Was our plumber. He dealt with the warranty company and was an advocate for us or the job would have cost more. He did a great job, was prompt and always kept his appointment. We will use ASAP for all our plumbing needs in the future and Will always try to get Mike E.

They were great, very efficient, and got the work done quickly. Price was good, we called around and they seemed.

These people are qualified to do absolutely nothing. All attempts to resolve this issue without litigation have been ignored. Suggest anyone thinking of using these people visit the Better Business Bureau first and read some of the reviews. Appears that ASAP makes a habit of doing business like this. I would never use them again nor would I ever recommend these people to anyone (unless I really, really disliked that person).

They were responsive. I was misled by them. They came out and charged me $75.00 and told me because the toilet was less than a year old it couldn't be fixed and that it had been hit. They won't get my business anymore. The people that came out were unprofessional and came in with a really young person that was suppose to be in training. He didn't look like a plumber by the way he was dressed, because he had all this fancy jewelry on, gold chains and diamond earrings.

I actually have a Home Warranty, consequently I only paid the service fee of $65.00. I did ask however how much it would have cost if I did not have the warranty.  This is the company that came out the first time when I had a different issue and I was so happy with the service that Eddie provided  that when I had another issue I specifically asked for this company.
I could not have asked for better service.  Both Mike and David were extremely courteous and professional. They were at my home on a timely basis I was even called  once they were 30 minutes out. The work that was done was very good and the area was left neat and clean.  I would highly recommend this company to anyone that is looking for a professional, neat and honest group!

These guys were referred via my home warranty. The backed up sink was caused by mud blocking the drain pipe because the drain pipe was cracked. Home warranty did not cover this repair so we had to pay out of pocket. Asap told us that they would have to dig under the foundation with a price of $6000. Told us it would take a week to fix, took a week before the diggers came out and took about two weeks to finish the dig. Once the dig was done it took another week before the plumbers came out to fix the cracked pipe. Plumbers discovered the hole needed to be a bit larger, took another week before diggers came back out. Took another week before plumbers returned to fix the pipe. ASAP said the water pipe needed to be re routed with a cost of an additional $1800. Took a week before plumbers came back to re route pipe. The plumbers who came out didn't have a light to go in tunnel. Took plumbers another week to finish the re route. They tore up the bottom wood under the sink and tore up my wall to install the re route piping. Once work was done a City inspector had to come out to approve the work, took about two-three weeks before final approval was done. Took another two weeks before my wall was patched up, the wood under sink was never fixed. ASAP plumbing is quick to collect their money but extremely slow to get work done. Numerous phone calls to ASAP were received with a fax machine connection. ASAP plumbing is not ASAP, they are very slow and have poor communication skills. I will never again have these guys fix anything , they left a mess outside and on the street.

ASAP was the most responsive plumbing service I've had so far.  They contacted me within an hour after I had notified AHS of the problem and set up an appointment.  Usually I'm lucky if the service calls me within a day when I've reported problems to AHS.  Thereafter, on appointment day the plumbers, Travis and Moses, arrived early for the service and proceeded to efficiently and professionally replace the disposal.  Both were courteous and informative.  I will definitely call upon this service again when plumbing issues arise.

This company was called by American Home Shield.  We called for a leaking faucet in our bathtub.  We were not sure where the water was coming from.  When they came out the 1st time, they diagnosed it as an aerator that needed to be replaced.  I paid $75 to AHS for this.  Fine, I was glad that it seemed to be fixed.  Then a couple of weeks later it leak started gushing again.  It was like they didn't do anything to fix it the first time.  I called AHS back and they resent ASAP Plumbing at no cost.  This time the diagnoses was different -- for the exact same leak I called about the first time.  This time it was due to a shower valve.  And to make matters worse, they ruined any coverage I had with AHS because they told them that it was a broken Jacuzzi tub.  It was not the tub that was broken, it was the shower valve.  They can't seem to get their stories straight, so now I have to pay for this mess out of pocket.  I've tried calling ASAP Plumbing 5 times to get to the bottom of what exactly they told AHS.  First 3 times I called, they would not return my call.  The 4th time, I spoke to Belinda and she seemed very nice and helpful, but then she never called me back.  When I called her back (5th call back), she said that I had to deal with AHS.  Even though I explained to her that ASAP Plumbing did not correctly fix the problem the first time and that they told AHS the wrong information she was very dismissive and rude.  I would recommend that you as for another plumbing company when going through AHS or any other "Warranty" company.  It seems like they work more for them than for you.  I have also read a similar experience about them on the ripoffreport.com? Also, they give you a 6 hours arrival window as if you have nothing to do but wait around for them for 6 hours.

We cancelled the service requested. The representative stated they would communicate the cancellation to the service tech, but failed to do so. The tech showed up and performed the work and requested the person at our house pay them, which she did. However, we could have replaced the entire system for almost the same price they charged to simply clear it. When I called to ask why the service rep had not cancelled the order, the representative for the company was very rude. She did not apologize for failing to cancel the request and was very impolite.

I felt they were over priced but they did do good work. I felt the were gauging and adding on more services to inflate the price. They had to push back the appointment time and they eventually came by at 8pm on a Tuesday.

I was referred to ASAP plumbing by American Home Shield to fix a value in my master shower.  The plumber arrived in the pre-communicated time, very quickly identified the problem and was able to get it fixed
