I am a landlord and at the end of my current tenant's lease, during the walk through they informed me that there was some type of critter in the attic that was eating through the insulation on the pipes and anything else it could get it paws on. I was mortified because my new tenant (a single female whom I had never spoken with nor met in person) was scheduled to take possession of the property in 2 days.
