I am a landlord and at the end of my current tenant's lease, during the walk through they informed me that there was some type of critter in the attic that was eating through the insulation on the pipes and anything else it could get it paws on. I was mortified because my new tenant (a single female whom I had never spoken with nor met in person) was scheduled to take possession of the property in 2 days. They have provided quarterly service for us for about the past two years. They are extremely professional and kind every time they come. They were very careful to treat every single fire ant mound on our 1.6 acre lot after hearing that my daughter was bit by fire ants. They are always careful with our wooden baseboards, children napping in rooms, and our little dog. They always were foot covers and are friendly but not overly chatty. They don't always come on the day that they are scheduled but do come near the scheduled date. They are great to spray the outside if we are not home and are happy to spray and re-spray the inside anytime we need. Since using Silver Lining we are no longer seeing as many scorpions, which is impressive in our area. They also did a special treatment about a year ago when they noticed a problem with carpenter ants.

"Waylon has been amazing to work with - we have a toddler and cats and after discovering evidence of a rodent (rat) in our attic I purchased an Angies list deal to have him come out and investigate. He discovered the point of entry, put out child/pet safe baits, and put down trackers. He followed up repeatedly until we were sure it was gone, then sealed the hole. We have been using him now for almost a year to help keep yard pests and other critters under control. He's very knowledgeable (I now know what Gecko droppings look like v. mice droppings) and very considerate/flexible with my family's needs. He's blunt on when the issue isn't chemicals but instead something like us needing to clean up fruit trees, etc better and very professional. Would highly recommend."
