"UPDATE - While there were issues with the repairs to the oven, the owner of the company called me personally to express his sincere regret for having any problems and assure me that excellent customer service is very important to the company. He ensured that the work was done to my satisfaction, refunded any money previously paid and offered a free inspection in the future should I need assistance. At the end of the day, things happen in life, and the true character of a person or company is how you deal with these challenges. Implies that delays are due to tenants not being responsive or available during working hours. He stated that, if the tenants cannot be available during working hours, he will refund the deposit of $600.00. I told him that I did not want the refund, I wanted the appliance repaired. 12.
