Bob was a friendly and excellent representative of Alief Vacuum Cleaner Company. He arrived when he said he would and called ahead to let us know he was on his way. He checked our vacuum system for the issues I was reporting and quickly attached his cleanout apparatus to one of our inlets and solved the problem in just a minute or two. Charged us the basic service call fee and was on his way. Excellent service and will definitely use him in the future if new problems with our system arise.

On a new construction, they worked through some unique problems and were able to have the preliminary pipe installation completed in a very short time window. Tech was not knowledgeable regarding the unit. As a result I contacted the manufacturer to assist and troubleshoot over the phone that it was a bad relay switch which manufacturer will be shipping to me. Tech charged $100 for the call and didn't resolve anything.

Due to their backlog, it took longer than I would have wanted, but when the appointment commitment was made, it was met exactly.
