Oscar is knowledgeable, courteous, timely and professional. I HIGHLY recommend using Oscar and Greenworks. I have had at least four other contractors that were unable to properly diagnose and help us with our water supply issues and sprinkler system. Oscar was the only licensed professional who has the technical knowledge and the know how to fix our problems.

Good communication. It was easy to make the service appointment and they not only repaired the main leak, but checked the rest of the system to make other repairs and adjustment.

These guys worked hard in this hot temps and got our sprinkler system going!

Technician Rony was highly skilled and fixed what other hires failed with my sprinklers. He tracked the water and electrical lines; identified where they were broken, and fixed them; then he reset the schedule for watering my yard. I am very impressed by the service.

Prompt response and repair

I called Greenworks to repair a sprinkler system pressure vacuum valve which failed during a hard freeze. They found the system to have been installed with Plummer’s pvc piping instead of ordinary pvc piping. Due to slightly different outside diameters between the 2 types of pvc, adapter couplings had to be used to complete repairs & replace the valve since Plummer’s pvc piping & fittings were not available due to extreme demand for these items because of the hard freeze. Greenworks did an exceptional job completing my repairs based on their creative techniques and working knowledge of sprinkler systems and their affiliation with plumbing suppliers who were able to provide the needed parts. Greenworks was timely in arriving at my home and they were reasonable in settling on an adjusted price for the job after determining the complexity associated with the two different types of pvc piping and how to professionally address this issue to bring the repairs to a successful conclusion. I’d certainly recommend Greenworks for any type of sprinkler system repairs. ~Mark

Repaired pipe that wasn't installed properly by the original sprinkler install which was now leaking, the joint never got glued. They went the extra mile to replace the fixed PVC with a flex pipe since the PVC elbow joint was also not aligned properly so the flex pipe eliminated stress that could have lead to a future leak.

I hired Oscar because I had a problem with a couple of my sprinkler lines leaking after an outdoor kitchen installation. He was very patient in explaining the issues and my options and let me ask all my questions (more than once sometimes) and answered them in a way I could understand (being someone who doesn’t know about sprinkler systems). Also, his crew were patient with me also. Price paid for service was reasonable (I asked a friend who was formerly in the sprinkler business to confirm). He did not try to sell me any service I didn’t need given my circumstances so I really appreciated that. For any sprinkler system or landscape needs I highly recommend Oscar and his crew.
