Best remodel designers near Lavon, TX

"Fantastic! Don’s wood-work is incredible. Even more impressive was his professionalism, responsivenes and attention to detail. When we had even the smallest question or input on our project, Don would immediately reply to address the issue. The entire team does amazing work. Draftsman Clayton is remarkably talented with a keen eye for design. Beau, Nick, Clay and Michael did a great job on installation day. Thank you to the entire DJ’s Custom Cabinet team for all your excellent work and for being so easy to do business with. They will be the first company we call when we remodel our next room with more cabinets and shelving."

"Dave was absolutely great to work with. This is the first time for us to build a house. We met with Dave at our lot, which has quite a challenging slope, and immediately liked him. We gave him an idea of what kind of house we wanted and he ran with it. He has great ideas and imagination when starting from scratch. He was very patient with us as we made changes to the original plans. Even more important, he was straightforward when an idea of ours just couldn’t work and he explained why in layman’s terms. Likewise, he was forthright when comparing different ideas with cost in mind. When it was all said and done, we got fantastic plans for the exact house we wanted and we are very excited to see it completed. His price was very reasonable and more cost effective than a couple other designers we checked with. We HIGHLY recommend Dave O’Brien to anyone wanting to design/build a custom home."

"Superb from start to finish. I am an amateur DYI’r and had pulled up much of the previous flooring myself. When taking quotes from several companies, Wuality Rennovation were in line with others in terms of fees. What set them apart was Isaac listening to me, not talking down to me, demonstrating that he knew “I knew” something about what needed to be done. The others treated me like they were the experts and I knew nothing even though I spent the past month pulling up engineered hard wood floors and tiles. Issac also didn’t try to exclude things. He then staffed it with one of the most skilled, nicest, and artisan tile installers, Rubin. Rubin spent quality time on each and ever tile making certain there were no air pockets, that it was level, and that the design was both with integrity but also visually appealing (he took the time to show me the different ways it could be laid, talked to me about manufacturer recommendations). Rubin worked long hours including Saturdays to get it done for me and thought about things like getting the laundry room done asap so I could also run my household during the project. It’s always a good idea to take multiple quotes for any major renovations. You will find their pricing competitive or even lower if you ask if there are exclusions but more importantly you will get people who listen, take the time to understand, show up each and ever day and do the highest quality work. I told Issac at the end I would willingly pay more than the quoted price if I had extra budget, they are no joke that good. I don’t ever leave reviews but felt so strongly about writing this one. I am happy to be a reference for anyone looking to hire QUALITY Innovations!"

"Fabulous job designing new home in Texas. We could not be any more pleased!"

"They helped me find a bank to finance my project, quoted me about 2 weeks to remodel my bathroom and to repair my deck and got it done in that time and had no surprise expenses in the middle. When I had questions about the project they answered them."

"We hired them to remodel our bedroom, great job, very reliable, highly recommended."

"I have a large kitchen and the Kitchen cabinets were finished in 4 days. They look amazing. The bathroom is a complete remodel everything except the frameless door was completed in 10 days. The bathroom has optimized the space and looks great. The thing I liked the most about Hanna homes is they didn't waste my time - there was always a project manager onsite and they figured out products needed upfront any changes they asked me immediately with pictures sent to my phone. They have been very helpful in keeping my home usable during the process. I will hire them again."

"Paul completed an entire reconstruction of our kitchen with custom cabinets, including wall removal and beam installation. We trusted him with our design, plumbing and electrical issues and he did an excellent job. Not only is he a master at his craft, he construes complete professionalism at all times. The thing that I appreciated most about Paul, was that he showed up. Every single day he was the first one here and the last to leave, along with his son, Justin. Not many general contractors hold themselves to that caliber. If we had any questions, concerns, or changes, they were addressed immediately and efficiently. He helped us think outside the box and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. He talked me off many a ledge and even helped me with paint colors. This was a lot of money for us but he made much less stressful than it could have been. I trusted him and his team and I'm so glad I did. 5 stars!"

"We had a wonderful experience with our kitchen remodel! From the beginning, the team was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. They paid attention to every detail, communicated clearly throughout the entire process, and truly cared about making sure we were happy with the result. Our kitchen turned out beautiful and feels like a completely new space. The quality of the work exceeded our expectations, and we really appreciated how smoothly everything came together. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and talented remodeling team."
