"TC Lighting did a magnificent job in lighting up the oak trees in my front yard and back yard, as well as the landscaping in my backyard with pool a few years ago. I have asked them to add more lighting in the front yard, since the oak trees have grown, as well as the backyard and landscape. They are professional, courteous, prompt, skillful, neat, and are willing to work around your schedule. I would recommend them to anyone considering adding any type of lighting to their yard or home. "We used Complete Tree Services a couple of years ago and were so impressed that we went right back to them when we needed work done. Our yard has one very large, beautiful live oak. Carlos, the owner, came to see the tree and give us a bid. A few days later, he then returned with his crew to make certain that both we and the crew had a complete understanding of all that was to be done. The work they did took the weight off of the branches that were too heavy. Also, the team worked up in the tree to thin out the overgrowth so that light comes through and wind and ice are much less likely to cause harm. They then removed the debris, put the branches through a chipper and left the yard nice and clean. Our tree is absolutely gorgeous! The fellows who came were friendly, professional and polite. I cannot imagine going anywhere else for our tree!"

"Very well. They are not cheap, but you do get what you pay for and they did take care of me during the whole Holiday Season. I will be using them again this year. Two weeks after they installed the lights they came round one evening just to check everything looked good - I didn't even ask them and I was very pleased to see such attentive care. I had one issue where a section of my roof did not have any lights, and they came round with 24 hours to fix it. The whole process was fast and seamless."

"My experience with Mike at Arbor View was positive from the beginning. I solicited bids from three highly rated landscapers on Angie's list. Although my call to Arbor View went to voicemail (Mike was working on a job at the time), Mike returned the call the same day and scheduled a visit to provide the estimate within a couple of days - by far the fastest of any of the firms. He arrived promptly as scheduled and listened and gave me valuable suggestions/feedback as we reviewed what I wanted. He followed up with a detailed quote the following day. Unfortunately the other folks I called were less responsive, and it took me about two weeks to gather the remaining quotes. When all was said and done Arbor View quoted the best price, and Mike was the the one I felt most comfortable working with. When I called to schedule the job, Mike told me he could do it in a couple of weeks, depending on the weathers' impact on his schedule and said he would contact me before coming out that week. Sure enough, on Wednesday of the promised week, Mike called and told me he'd be there mid-morning the following day. When he came by we adjusted the scope of work slightly and changed the quantity of plants to be installed. Once again, Mike was flexible and accommodating and began work removing the old landscaping immediately. Throughout the process Mike was professional, accommodating and communicated effectively and thoroughly. Although the work was just completed yesterday, I can say that I am pleased with the outcome and experience, and have no doubt I will be treated fairly in the event any issues arise. "Christmas Lights were installed and appeared to work but later that same night the GFI to the outside plugs repeatedly tripped. Since we had a medical emergency we did not get back with vendor immediately. We did have an electrician check out the GFI for any fault condition and none was found. But while I walked with electrician he found some Christmas light wires on the ground that were that were exposed. He said to call light installers as he does not do this type of work. Wife called vendor same day who said they would call us to come out either that day or the next. We did not get a call but had to make repeated calls to get a response for service. The final call was made by husband who at this time was stern about getting service. Repair guy came but his posture was NOT to repair ANYTHING but start a blame game on others i.e. electrician then he claimed vandalism. Never took ownership for POOR workmanship. Our mail carrier was there to witness the entire exchange as she waited for the angry vendor to leave before delivering a Christmas package. Her comment was tell your neighbors. Needless to say we will NEVER use this company for ANYTHING at our home in the future.

They were punctual and installed our new "Ring Video Doorbell" without any problems. They diagnosed our pool light problem quickly and told us how we buy the light ourselves and save money. Plus, they fixed the light in our master bedroom quickly and efficiently. Plus, Nick recommended LED lights so they wouldn't get so hot. Excellent job!!"
