"Chellyanna Contractors were awesome. They kept us up to date every step of the way and the quality of the work was exceptional. All of our neighbors can't believe the garage was expanded as it looks so seamless and like it was original to the house. Any issues we had they made right and then some. They went above and beyond in every way. I would recommend them and use them again if the need arose."
"Joe does what he says he will do; he is very thorough, he manages his team with respect and praise. My carpet was awful, but Joe made no judgement; he just ripped it out, and replaced it and made our home brand new again. The job took 3 days and we were informed all throughout the time."
"If you are looking for a solid construction company sonart is the way to go for sure! All I could say was wow aside from the fact that my mouth was completely open for a solid five minutes LOL! The house was built around the 50s and hasnâ t been updated since the original build. To see our bathrooms brought more to a modern the lights was honestly heartwarming I know my mother would have appreciated this!Thank you again guys for your hard work!"
"I was concerned I had a foundation issue. Homes by Hanes measured the floors and were very honest that I did not have a problem after all. They were extremely professional and courteous. I truly appreciate them and will recommend them to others! Thank you!"
"My experience was fantastic with all the contractors and people from this company. Steve and Shannon were so receptive and on the ball as made sure that everything I needed, I got. The contractors were all very nice and made sure the house stayed clean and everything got done correctly and exactly how I wanted. We did a lot of things that were a bit unusual (a bookcase Murphy door, secret trap door in one room) and never had any complaints. They were a true pleasure to work with and I'll definitely use them again in the future. A+++ 5 big stars!"
"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."
"I hired DSH Construction Services to build a wall of custom cabinets in my office. Dustin was able to take my vision and bring it to life. He provided so much expertise around the type of wood we should use, the style elements to include and the overall design. I am so happy with how it turned out and will happily recommend Dustin and his team for future projects."
"We recently completed a full home remodel and couldn’t be happier with the results. The team painted both the exterior and interior of our home, installed beautiful new countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, replaced our HVAC unit and water heater, updated the lighting throughout the house, and installed new vinyl plank flooring. From start to finish, they were professional, responsive, and detail-oriented. The quality of workmanship was excellent, and every part of the project was completed with care and attention to detail. The new flooring and lighting completely transformed the look of our home, and the fresh paint inside and out made everything feel brand new. They stayed on schedule, communicated well throughout the process, and made sure we were happy with every step of the remodel. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, high quality home renovation work."

While some highly experienced homeowners can frame a house independently, it is not advisable. You will need ample carpentry experience, a team of helpers, and professionals to sign off on your work to meet local building codes. For the safest outcome, we recommend buying or building a house with the guidance of professionals.
An A-frame home can be cheaper to build than a traditional house, but that is not always a given. Prices can be fairly similar in some cases, depending on the location, design, and necessary site preparation. Costs for an A-frame typically run between $100 to $200 per square foot, which is comparable to the cost of a traditional home. The cost of an A-frame can come in under those numbers if you opt for a prefabricated kit.
It is a good idea to check in with your local city and state regulations before committing to building a shipping container home no matter where you live. This concept is pretty new across the country, and many places won’t let you build one.
The International Code Council (ICC) offers guidelines for home builders on the safe use of ISO intermodal shipping containers repurposed as building components, which can be helpful to review when planning or designing a shipping container home.
