"This project went very well. The estimator came out as scheduled. That afternoon I reviewed the bid with Carlos. He made some additional recommendations which I agreed with. His crew came out the next day, and completed the project by the time I came home. Complete Tree Service gets an overall "A", even though I gave them a "B" on quality. Let me explain this by saying I should have been on site when the work was being done. Note I'm not an expert on the art of trimming the tree to meet the objectives of meeting codes, and allowing sun light through enough to keep the grass growing. That being said it seemed to us they took a little much off the trees. Maybe it was because we let them go so long it was a bit of a shock when we seen the trees.
I would absolutely use Complete Tree Service again. I would also recommend whichever service is used be there, to have a good understanding of the process.
