"Crew arrived on time and went right to work. It took a long time and lost of noise to remove the old putty which was hard a concrete. The new windows were install and new putty placed around the windows. One window kept wanting to fall out so they put a clamp to hold it for a few days. Then the rain storm hit our area of Dallas and they and I are still waiting for the putty to dry. I am pleased with the work and the workers. They cleaned up when finished."
