He was at the house next day for a hard quote (on Sunday) and completed the work the next day Professional in all respects, did what we agreed no "added items no extras" for the price we agreed. His crew was a thing of beauty to watch. As professional project manager for 40 years I can say without reservation that very seldom have I had such a great experiance!"

Next, rule out companies with poor reviews online or a series of complaints filed with the Better Business Bureau.
