"Danny was very quick to respond to my initial contact, and he promptly came out to size up the job. He was very easy to get along with and explained how he and his crew would accomplish the work. His quote came in a bit above a few other bids, but he was able to rework it down to almost match them. Danny's crew showed up promptly on the promised day at the promised time and got right to work. As Danny had explained at the outset, he is somewhat flexible in terms of adding/subtracting services during the job (e.g., halfway through our job, it became apparent that we were going to need to paint a few extra ceilings and another set of cabinets) -- just don't take advantage of this flexibility, which is common sense and courtesy. Despite our additions, he was still able to finish the job on time and update the pricing very reasonably.
