It took 2 follow-up calls to find this out and waiting for a return call to find this out. Sad because I liked the 2 professionals who came out. A little courtesy goes long way. I had to call them to setup the original service date and they hemmed and haughed then too - said they told Angie's list there was a limit to how far they would go and this was too far. I gave them the option to give me my money back - but they wouldn't do that. Sorry but I was disappointed with the professionalism of the office staff, owner and project manager who finally called me back."
