Josh was able to come out THIS afternoon. On a Friday! It was such a relief. He inspected my ceiling but also went into the attic and took a ton of photos. Well, I was kind of surprised. A lot of rodent feces, as well as condensation around the ducts of my air conditioning system. He also mentioned other things and showed me with pictures. He’s going to write everything up so I can see it and understand it. They can come out next week to take care of it. I am so relieved that I called and that one company can handle everything.
