THE PERALTAS Remodeling & Services INC.This was the third time I have used The Peraltas, and I would use them again. I like the quality of their work, and the workers are very friendly and courteous. The principal, Sammy, stayed in contact and talked through issues as they came up. He also stopped by numerous times to check on how things were going. Most of the work was for a bathroom remodel, which was complicated by installing a new tub and fixtures in a new position, and by raising the ceiling. It looks great! I have already received compliments on how good things look. Completing the work was disrupted by Covid (virus) concerns; but when work resumed health precautions were followed, and the work was finished nicely. The work finished around September 11, 2020.- John R C.

Rick O's Construction & RemodelingOverall we are very happy with the work Rick O's did at our house. Rick gave fair pricing quick, upfront and itemized with enough detail to review. We had some back and forth on the proposal to ensure we were on the same page and agreed to the scope. Rick had us buy all of the material direct. So the value shown on this review is only for what we paid directly to Rick. The total was over $75000. During the process when we made changes we discussed them before they proceed and agreed on pricing instead of waiting to the end. The overall process took 13 1/2 weeks to complete two bathrooms effectively take down to bare studs and completely updated as well as replacing approximately 1000 SF of flooring in the front of our house with tile. We did the project in 3 phases doing one bathroom at a time so we could stay in the house during the remodel. Once they were complete they tackled the flooring in the front of the house. In total on 4 rooms in the house were not touched in some way. As you can imaging during the process we got pretty restless and impatient, but once it was complete we are thrilled. We used these guys for our kitchen remodel 2 years ago and liked their work and them so well that we hired them to remodel our master bath. The removed the tub (we're geriatric) and installed a new shower with bench, put in new tile floor and reworked the electrical. Although my husband is impatient (these guys are busy and some days only one would be working at our house), they did a beautiful job. No corners were cut - they do beautiful work! Thanks to Jim, Lori, Sarah, Nick, Sergio, Poli, Ismael, Chino and any others I have left out. What a nice group!

The company owner is a nice guy and was great to work ahead of signing the contract. Unfortunately, the experience was not great after it was signed: 1. I was not given honest timelines, and the install date was delayed many times 2. Communication ceased after signing the contract unless I reached out 3. The job was outsourced to another company, and they were told it was ok to cut corners with scrap material with no input from me 4. I had to play middleman between these companies to get the material that I had paid for in the contract and the job done correctly 5. I had to pay extra to have things made right, which ended up being much higher than other bids In the end, things were done well by the company this was sourced to, but I could have saved money and a lot of headaches working with a different company.
