It went very well--on their part. There was a couple-of-years-gap between cabinetry and countertop installation and finally ordering backsplash install. In each case, it all went very well. The contractor provided quality goods and workmanship. I'm very pleased with the kitchen. I'll be calling them the next time I'm flooded.

Although we did a walk through and it was clearly explained which rooms would be done (there was already linoleum in each of the rooms where I wanted it replaced,) they claimed I had not indicated the 1/2 bath. They then charged over $400 additional for the 3X4 room. Since then the flooring has developed stains on multiple spots. When I complained, they told me they no longer had a relationship with the company from which they had obtained the original tile. They offered no solution.

Exceptional! Still amazed that I have a brand new kitchen and bath for such an affordable price. Ed came out and gave me a quote which was lower than all other bids, yet included so much more. On day 1 the kitchen tile was not laid in the direction I had requested and Ed had them tear it out, pick up new tile from the warehouse and reinstall the next day! Very impressed with his integrity. Sandi coordinated all the crews very timely (Tile, Cabinet, & Granite). Only 3 weeks total! Have already referred to friends & neighbors.

We bought it with the expectation that the service would be provided in a reasonable time. After buying the offer, we have to complaint to Angies list for the company to contact us. Then, we were told that in about 3 weeks, somebody "will be in our area". We sent a message explaining that we could not wait for 3 weeks and asking whether there is any possibility of the service being provided sooner. After several days of not receiving any answer, we asked Angies List to refund our many, what they did.

The installations went fine.
The only issue my wife had was that the little 3 X 3 inch sample of the counter top did not adequately represent the whole counter top.
She has learned to like it though over time.

This time I'm not very happy.  I just call it sloppy work.  I'm surprised compared to the other jobs they have done for me.  I have talked to them about it.  I had some texturing done and they got stuff everywhere.  The paint they were doing wasn't all that good either.

Nice guys and a good price but in this case we got what we paid for. Definitely a better job than I could ever do but overall looking back I wish I had gone a little higher end. Nothing they did wrong it just kind of looks like I went the cheapest route. If I had it to do again I would spend more and expect better results. They may have been restrained by the confines of the deal we purchased and maybe do outstanding work otherwise. Again, this is a case of we got what we paid for. Take my advice and don't cut corners in the kitchen...

This job has been subcontracted so this review is not totally about high ends flooring (I have been surprised and not informed) Price was fare.
Subcontractor: ponctual and professional. Efficient and knowledgeable. I will go with them directly since I do not know really high ends flooring...

Ed came in to do the estimate and I left a key for his installer to do the job. They finished it in one day as promised. Good quality work. Nothing to complain so far.

First time to try this but I'm glad I did. Bought the big deal and it turned out to be a great deal. Their location was convenient to me so it was easy to run by and see the choices I had. They also emailed me pictures before I purchased.
Cabinets weren't quite all installed so they were patient to wait until we had it ready for the granite. My install appointment was easy to make. The actual install was pain free. They did a excellent job and the master closet looks very nice.
I'm an Interior Designer and will definitely use them again.

Last May I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal. The deal was $1500 for 45 Square Feet of granite countertops, with the option to choose from 5 "colors" of granite (which actually turned out to be 7 choices). I measured my kitchen countertop area, and it seemed like 45 SF would be more than enough, so I purchased the deal. After the contractor came out to measure, I was informed that my job would require 5 extra SF of granite over the 45, which resulted in about $170 extra. Additionally, the Big Deal did not include the installation of the plywood decking that goes underneath the granite, which resulted in another $150. I also had the contractor provide and install a stainless steel under-mount sink, which cost $250. So I ended up paying another $565 in addition to the purchase price of the Big Deal.  I was somewhat unhappy about the discrepancy in measurements, but I really had no way to know if they were being honest with me, and I was too far into the deal to really do anything about it. I also thought that the Demo and Decking should have been included in the deal. So that's why I gave them a "C" for price.
The installation went well and I'm very happy with the finished product. Two installers arrived at my home 12:30 pm and were out by 6:30 (they were supposed to arrive at 11 am, but they did text me to say they were running late). They were friendly and accommodating. My only complaint about their installation is in regard to their cleanup. They did sweep the area on my driveway where they cut the granite, but that sweeping meant a lot of granite dust went into my neighbor's grass. They also left the sink that they removed just sitting in the yard.
Overall, even with the caveats above, I would say this is a pretty good company to work with. I spoke with Ed and Sandi in the office, and Yousef was the guy who measured my kitchen and was the lead installer. They were all helpful and accommodating. Perhaps the best thing I can say about them is in regard to how they worked with me in regard to time. I purchased the Big Deal in May, knowing I wouldn't use it until this Fall. They were fine with that (it was within the 6 month window specified by the Big Deal). When I was ready for measurement and install, I called them on Thursday, Oct 16. They measured my kitchen on Monday 10/20, and the granite was installed by Thursday, Oct. 23. That was much faster than I was anticipating, and has made our kitchen remodel much more bearable. That's the reason I give them an "A" overall.
