"First off the flooring was completed beautifully, it looks wonderful!! On the other side of this though…the workers did not show up consistently throughout the install. What could have easily been a 3-4 day job turned into a 5 day job, and to top it off the last day ended up being the longest day working from 9a to 7p. The last day they solely worked on the stairs. Tore up the newly painted walls and stair base, and left gaps between the riser and step. With all of this they didn’t even bring the amount of materials that we paid for, they were 5 boxes short which amounts to about $500, and still charged for the labor for the missing boxes and the 10% overage allowed for cuts, which amounted to another $500 or more. They were supposed to install painted wood risers on the stairs, which was not done. I confronted the Owner/president who apologized offered to fix the work on the stairs, and offered me a 1 box allowance. Did not acknowledge any of the problems in any way except to send someone in to “fix” the problem and a $100 discount on a $20,000 dollar job. That is clearly unprofessional and insulting. There was no care or concern about the inconvenience, and I was treated like I was lying so that I could get a discount. I even sent pictures of the materials that were delivered, the damage, etc. This was the second time I used them, and the last. I have gotten much better service and communication from cheaper companies. I would recommend you proceed with caution when using them."
