"Jesse came to asses and bid the job and gave me different options. I thought my water heater was 12yrs old-13maybe, but it was over 20. More bids/estates came in much higher than theirs AND I also learned from others I could buy my own water heater and pay a plumber for insulation only. So I got a new WH and an extended warranty on it. Mother Plumber sent a Fantastic-informative-polite technician Matt to install and warranted his work. AND THEN I learned about the membership without auto renewal AND I saved even more money on that! I can tell you, you can’t beat this company in price and coverage. And i just trust them. Trust is a big issue. They make money, but they give you so much more than the others and coverage thru membership that keeps you safe year after year if you’re smart. "Plumber arrived without his helper who called off for the day. This left him short handed as he needed to get on the roof to clear the kitchen drain through the roof vent. He couldn’t do it because the equipment was too heavy to haul up the ladder by himself. So he overcame the issues by using other equipment and got the job done from inside the kitchen and charged us less. The only complaint is one simple kitchen drain clog (less than 30 min) still cost over $400. Seems excessive?"
