"Mr. Schramm was 45 min late to the appraisal appointment with no explanation why. He seemed to be thorough while completing the appraisal, but he asked less questions about the home than I expected. I was intimately involved in the building of my home and felt like I had a lot to offer from an information standpoint, and I didn't feel like he really cared to hear all of my inputs. Finally, Mr. Schramm told me the appraisal would be completed on a Tuesday, possible Wednesday. Here it is Friday and I still don't have it.
