Erik was extremely thorough and professional. He tok lots of pictures and made notes. His report was detailed including both positive and negative aspects of the property. Comps were difficult to find but he reviewed and quantified discrepancies. The inspection was on a Friday and I had the report the following Tuesday! I was impressed and pleased with his presentation.

I liked the fact that he was quick to respond to my request for an appointment. He show up exactly on time, was very professional and friendly. H took a few day longer than originally advised to get me the full details, but was pleased with the results. I got less that I had hoped for but then again everybody wants much higher results. I thought what I thought was a very fair appraisal. He answered my every question and informed me of other things that were very valuable.

Erik Baylon was very friendly, approachable and responsive. The turnaround time was only about a day and a half longer than I'd originally hoped; the young man worked very hard and, although, the appraisal came in lower than I had hoped, that is the nature of appraisals. I would rehire him and recommend him to others.
