The first person who came by after i got a call from avila site services was named Andrew. He quoted me and gave me a contract. He claimed to be the owner and asked for over 800 dollars upfront. After he received it he never came back and ran off with the money. When I called him over and over he ignored me. The second person avila site services sent out was late everyday after discussing a time and he also left a mess everywhere. He broke a wall in my home for no reason and he killed my dog by leaving liquid chemicals out. BEWARE OF THIS GROUP. They are shady and will offer the lowest rates so you'll get what you pay for which is garbage.

So thankful to have found them on Angie?s. Right after my request, I got a call immediately. They came by to check the property, and gave us a reasonable quote. We started the project a week later. They mentioned it would take a day and half to complete. The first day we had rain which delayed the project so they expedited the project for one full day. Came in the morning and left at night! They were hard working and determined to get it completed on time. My husband and I are so happy with the results!! Our request was for a 12x12 paver patio and it was fulfilled!

Highly disappointed. While at the start the company was doing a good job slowly they began to slack on their work, would change our agreed to plans last minute, and wouldn't communicate or answer my calls or texts. At this point 1/20/25 my house is a mess, the work is still incomplete and I keep getting the runaround from the owner. If/when the work is complete I will amend this review but at this rate who knows if it will. If you have an issue with this review Andrew, prove me wrong, finish the work, communicate.

INCREDIBLE!!! The expertise and professionalism was amazing! Avila team really impressed me with their skills and did a beautiful job to my home! 15 out of 10!
