We messaged them on 05/28 and 05/29 expressing further concern over the fact that still nothing had been done and they responded on 05/29 advising they needed another week promising to finish by 06/05. We advised them that they needed to be done by Monday 06/02 or we would have to find someone else. They did not respond to that message on 05/29, nor did they respond to our messages sent on 06/02, 06/03, 06/04. We called them on 06/04 and the calls went straight to voicemail so we called them from another phone number and they picked up advising the project would be completed 06/05. The project was not completed on 06/05 and they have not responded to any messages or calls since the phone call on 06/04. To date, no additional work was completed after 05/16. They still have a key to our house and have not responded to our request for them to return the key and give us a refund."
