Ybarra also painted our cabinets in the kitchen, installed a new farmhouse style kitchen sink and granite countertop. Also a big improvement in the laundry room, where Ybarra installed new storage cabinets. Really looks good and now we have adequate storage space in closed cabinets instead of the old open shelves above the washer and dryer. One element that could have been improved would be to have more communication with us about who would be working and when. The project took time and we didnâ t speak the same language as most of the workers, so good communications along the way is very important to us.Ybarra also expanded our patio and replaced an old wooden fence with a new wrought iron fence that looks much better and should last much longer."
