Kirsten Was the Project manager and she was on point when ever a situation cam up. This was my first time doing this kind of project , extending a patio and building a pergola and extending driveway and doing flowerbeds. Kirsten had fabulous ideas and was always available. Because of her input I love the final project, Kirsten is truly an assets to Ybarra construction .

Ybarra did a wonderful job in the bathroom. The new shower is really the showcase of the improvement, and the new light fixtures look very nice. Really good work there. Ybarra also painted our cabinets in the kitchen, installed a new farmhouse style kitchen sink and granite countertop. Also a big improvement in the laundry room, where Ybarra installed new storage cabinets. Really looks good and now we have adequate storage space in closed cabinets instead of the old open shelves above the washer and dryer. One element that could have been improved would be to have more communication with us about who would be working and when. The project took time and we didnâ t speak the same language as most of the workers, so good communications along the way is very important to us.Ybarra also expanded our patio and replaced an old wooden fence with a new wrought iron fence that looks much better and should last much longer.

Ybarra Professional Builders worked on our house and did a wonderful job with our home! They were always in contact with us throughout the project. They turned my first home into my dream home. I am getting ready to re do my bathroom and I can't wait to work with Ybarra Builders again! Highly Recommend!

I'm still amazed every time I walk into my fancy bathroom! My bathroom was designed and remodeled by Ybarra Professional Builders, which turned it into a lovely new haven. I will confess that it wasn't fun to watch my bathroom torn down and live in the middle of a busy construction site. But I know that it was necessary to get the job done, and the end result was more than worth it. My new bathroom is stunning and precisely what I was looking for! I would definitely recommend them and plan to use them again. Thank you!

HAD MY WALLS REPAINTED IT WAS A SMALL JOB BUT I WAS SATISFIED WITH THE WORK COMPLETED. I REALLY WANTED THEM TO SHOW UP ON TIME BUT OTHER THEN THAT IT WAS ALL GOOD.

We rate the quality very good. We rate the customer service very good. We got charge alittle high but we are happy with the work is good. we like the end result.

The quality was good the service was good The price was little bit high but ok. we are fine with it.

Agreed upon timing of our paint project was 5 days, project ended up taking 7 days. There were multiple times in the project where we had to point out areas that had not been completed. The workers on the first day were supposed to show up at 8am but didn?t arrive till 5pm. On the second day the workers left for lunch at 12 and didn?t return till 4pm. Timing and communication of the project was very unprofessional. We did not get trim done but there are multiple areas around the house where paint made it on the trim and it is not an eye sore. We would not recommend Ybarra

I had Ybarra Professional Builders do our cabinet refacing and it looks great. We are really happy with the results. They came on time and did a clean job just like they showed us in the pictures.

Ybarra completely damaged our hardwood floors, used our Dyson vacuum to clean up THEIR mess, and left hardened polyurethane on our kitchen countertops and down the slate stairwell of the front door! They sent over a manager that was rude and completely inconsiderate. They screwed up 100% of the flooring and left grooves from the sander all over the floors. To top it off, they do NOT want to accept responsibility and want to try and fix it. I would never let them in our house again. I would recommend never letting them in your house.

They subbed out 100% of work and only collect money. They hired contractors took 9 instead of the 4-5 weeks they stated. It was bad communication and they would only come by, take a look, and didn't do anything. The actual finished work was excellent due to the subcontractors they hired.

We installed Vynal Flooring with Ybarra Professional Builders to our home and the finish looks great. Thank you so much for the efficiency and cleanness.

The person I had to deal with the most had a very strong accent which made communication difficult. One night at 9:45 P.M. I had to ask them to leave. The landing they replaced looks good. The stairs are a problem. I complained when I first saw them. They came out and replaced them but they still aren't right.

We're delighted to have our glass doors sliding smoothly again, and very happy with our new handle and screen.
