Once we have a definitive diagnosis we inform you of the repair cost using our flat rate pricing guide. We offer a full 1-YEAR parts and labor guarantee! If for any reason our repair fails within one year, we come out and do the repair again for free or apply the cost of the original repair towards repairing the underlying problem. Some exclusions apply such as damage from rodents, pests, and misuse. We use flat rate pricing for several reasons: 1. You know EXACTLY how much the repair will cost meaning there are no surprises and you can make an INFORMED decision to repair or replace 2. The price does not change if it takes longer than usual to complete a repair 3. Repairs are priced using industry standard rates, which we then discount
