He was here within 30 minutes of the time I called, I told what I suspected the problem to be, he took the panel off the washing machine and plugged in something to bypass the lid switch and the machine started working. He took the housing off of the washer and replaced the lid switch. It took him less than 30 minutes to fix the washing machine and be gone.
Service call was $65 and the part to fix it was $18.
I would recommend him to a friend and would use him again. Very professional.
