They are good. They are little pricey but they do good work. Quality is good. They show up on time. They were professional.

They are excellent and just a great company. I will recommend and continue to use them.

We were given multiple options with different price points. When we decided which route to take Sinclair installed the new system in less than a week. They cleaned up the work area and were very professional.

We had a water leak somewhere in our system and it was difficult to locate. Several pinhole leaks in the pipe were found about 15 feet out from the house near two large pecan trees. They were drinking up that water fairly quick making it difficult to find the leaks. We have two water lines feeding the house and decided to have all the 50+ year old pipes replaced. Kudos to Ruben and Juan for doing a great job!

They did fine. It was a little pricey but it was worth it. It was fine. He came out. He found the problem, fixed it and left. They came out on the same day. Their punctuality was fine. They told me what time they'd be there and he was there. Professionalism was fine too.

The cost was probably around $8,000. We just have always used them and they have always given us an excellent service.

Arrived, did diagnosis check, added refrigerant. The service man was fast and efficient.

A/C went out on Saturday night. Called Sunday morning for weekend service. Agreed to weekend service call few of $110. Capacitor which costs $20 on Amazon or at HomeDepot cost $175 from Sinclair. Contacted service manager and was politely told that 400% markup was appropriate

They provided an estimate, but ended up spending extra time to get it installed just right.  However, they did not charge extra and stuck with the original price estimate.  They seemed genuinely interested in doing a top notch job. Even better, they always clean up after a job!  We have used this company at least 3 times in the last 3 months, and service has been excellent every time!

Went very well.  This company is very courteous and professional.  They always give you a written estimate before the work is done so you don't have sticker shock.

Other than some serious issues with the Angies List submission system everything went exceptionally well from the initial contact with Sinclair to the final resolution. Sinclair made initial phone contact to confirm the day and to expect a tech to be by late AM or early PM. They called me again when I was next on the list to verify that I would be home for the tech's arrival.
Upon the tech's arrival, he had obviously reviewed my detailed statement describing the problem and my troubleshooting, to date. He was very professional, courteous, friendly and efficient about getting to work and keeping me informed as to what he was doing. He quickly diagnosed and repaired my A/C unit then tested to make sure it was properly fixed [like they should]. Billing seemed perfectly reasonable for the tasks performed.
Overall, I am very happy with my interactions with Sinclair and would not hesitate to call them again should the need arise.
I hope that this tech is a proper representative of their company. If all techs work like the one that visited me there is no doubt at all as to why these folks have been in business for so long.
