Mr Philip is incredible! He and his crew were prompt, polite and worked hard all day. They finished the deck and pergola in one day! They left the workplace spotless. Mr Philip met with us to talk to plan our deck. He was knowledgeable and reasonable about materials and prices. He gave ideas that sounded good…. But really ended up looking great!! We are incredibly pleased with the dream he helped us create for our backyard living. My mother and I highly recommend Mr Philip and his crew. They are wonderful! Philip is so amazing! He was very sweet from the beginning when I reached out to him wanting to get my grandmother a deck built. He always made sure to keep in contact. Him and his crew were so friendly and they worked very hard. We will for sure be using Deals to Home for future projects.

Philip, with Deals to Home, was beyond professional. I requested this project to help and elderly veteran friend of mine, who had a "bucket list" outdoor oasis he wanted to complete. Philip not only fulfilled his expectations, but he exceeded them. I personally did not have a vision of what he could have done to his backyard that would align with his dream. But, after Philip talked with him, he came up with a design that he told him would blow his mind. He also told him he could complete it in four days. To be honest, I was kinda skeptical of this. But, to his word, he did both. Actually, he completed the whole project in under 3 days. I have never seen my friend so happy. I would definitely recommend Deals to Home and, more specifically, Philip to anyone I know. First, as stated above, he is extremely professional. My friend can be difficult at times (which I told Philip in the beginning) he assured me that he could handle him, and he did. When my friend had any contrived concerns, Philip addressed them immediately, which made my friend really comfortable. He even went the extra mile by telling my friend he would pick up and set up the additions he wanted for his oasis. Second and most important to most, Deals to Homes provided the most reasonable estimate we received. His quote was about 30 to 40 percent under what we were given by others, to include a family friend. But, I would wager that the quality of work was at least on par with the service anyone else could have provided. And I would venture to say he would exceed most. I do not want to critique anyone's skills, especially involving a subject I am not proficient in. But from what I can see as a novice, Philip is the man. And third and final, can I mention again that Philip was fast. His initial time estimate of 4 days did not seem realistic, and he crushed that. In 3 days, he completed a project that made an old vet man tear up with happiness. This was definitely the best outcome of this project. My friend literally said he could (fill in the blank) tomorrow happy. Thank you, Philip and Deals to Home you made thus project a true success.

The owner came out and walked my fence line to give a good bid, and we talked about the project, the timeline, and the details at the signing of the contract. The details included when payments were due in the process were written into the contract. Expectations were clear on both sides. My yard is complex, and it took someone with extensive knowledge and creativity to complete this project, and Deals to Home made it happen. Several complex gates, a very uneven yard (our house is split-level that is how uneven our yard is), and neighbors on 3 sides. We are very thankful for this experience. They showed up on the day they said they would arrive, and they pushed through several obstacles and finished well. The owner was on our project much of the time when work was being done, and that was wonderful. Knowing that work was being checked gave us peace of mind. The owner was actively working on the project as well. I highly recommend Deals to Home for fence construction.

I needed a 10 and 12 foot wooden fence built as well as a front chain linked fence removed. They did an amazing job. I highly recommend them.

They built a handicap ramp from the deck to the driveway. Excellent workmanship, all posts in concrete, side rails, all treated wood. Looks so professionally done and is exactly the right angle for our Sr. Citizen selves to easily access our vehicles or the deck. They removed the old 5' aluminum chain link fence and hauled it off. They mowed the yard for us before they replaced the same kind of fence. So nice and straight and new. Now the dog can't get out making our lives that much easier. They also took down the old top of and deck railing (hauled that away too) and replaced it with the same treated lumber so it matches and looks contiguous with the ramp. They put up new railing all around with black iron and new sanded cap railing on top. Our house is black and white so the black railing really looks nice. The job in its entirety took less than a week too. They are all very polite and courteous professional men. They worked time wise with us on the actual hours work began so we would be able to get out of the house before things were disassembled and then get back in after rebuilt. We plan to fence the front yard and will definitely call upon these kind, industrious men again.
