"I have used Sunshine in the past which is the reason I used them for this job. Eddie and his crew are very professional and friendly.They were always on time and completed the job on time. Never left a mess and always used care not to damage any walls, floors or furniture. I gave Eddie the challenge of installing a "custom" floor in the bathroom. He did an excellent  job installing the mosaic tile which took a lot of time and patience. Sunshine is now my "go to" contractor whenever I nee any repairs or remodeling. "The fence they installed was great. They matched the two other fences this one was joining. The painting was a struggle due to communication. They did have some areas that needed to be corrected and when I let them know I was ready for that they came in and corrected them.
