"Thank you for your kind review [Member Name Removed]! Hope you and the family are all doing well!"
"Hi [Member Name Removed], thank you for sharing your review. The truth is that your project took place during a time when we were at our worst. I had the biggest backlog I had had to date, I had just recently hired a project manager who was not a good fit for the job and who I did a poor job of training and preparing for the role, and there were still many things about how to run a business that size that I was still figuring out. I can very confidently say that we are a much better business now then we were back then, largely because of lessons I learned during that time of growth. With that being said, while I knew about the delays and poor communication, I did not know that you were upset with the quality of your paint job or that any damages had taken place. When we did our final walkthrough I left your house with the impression that you and your family were pleased with everything. I will be reaching out soon to see how we can help make things right and remedy any mistakes. I’m sorry that you had a negative experience with us before, and I am hopeful that we can make things right for you guys. Sincerely, Jason"
"Hi [Member Name Removed], thank you for taking the time to share your experience. Your feedback is highly valued. We do our best to estimate the amount of paint that we will need on a house, but unfortunately we are never 100% accurate. We also sometimes decide to buy a 5-gal bucket instead of 3 or 4 1-gal pales because if we end up using more than the amount we estimated, it is sometimes more costly to take additional trips to the store than to waste a small amount of paint. Not to mention many customers like that we leave behind extra paint so that that have it for small projects or repairs that come up in the future. I always recommend to customers that we include paint in the total contract price, though, because that way we bare the expense of additional paint. And from what I can remember, and based on my records, I believe we covered the expense of paint on your job. If I’m mistaken and you were charged extra for paint, please let me know and I will make things right. Sincerely, Jason"
