"I was super impressed with Tristen and his fellow employee. They were very fast and knowledgeable on what they were doing. Since they charge by the hour they were working really fast but getting the job done right which I was happy about. What was most impressive was that they could listen to what I was saying and work at the same time since they know they are charged by the hour. If your drain doesn’t have metal crosshairs or crossbars, you should use a tub drain extractor. These tools create a grip on the drain so you can turn it using a 1/2-inch ratchet drive, drain key, or wrench. Your drain may not have crosshairs if it's old and broken.
