They told me what they would do like balancing the new heater and the one that was there, getting permits and arranging for an inspection from the city for example. "This was a difficult job and this group (William was the main plumber) was very professional and did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend them and will use them again for any plumbing problem. They knew what they were doing, had to dig up an old sewer line, repaired that line line with new clean outs, and put the area back better than it was before they dug up the line. The city of Fort Worth inspected and passed the repair. All was done in timely and professional manner. I have had other plumbers look at this job and either give me a ridiculous bid or refuse the job completely."

"The team that was from Fix It was extremely professional, clean, and efficient. We had a problem with an outside faucet connected to our house that had a slow drip that nothing we could do would stop it. We called in somebody else before we went to Angie, and they quoted us a $1000 repair. We said no needless to say. We went with Fix It and they quoted us an amount in the $200 range and the reason for the repair quote was logical and we agreed. They replace the faucet in 30 minutes. I mentioned in passing I was in the Navy and went to get my checkbook to pay for the repair. Before I was done writing the check they stopped me and told me I was entitled to a military discount. So very happily changed the amount to a smaller amount. We then talked business some more on bigger projects we want to get done and we already reasonable price quotes.
