I was super impressed with Tristen and his fellow employee. They were very fast and knowledgeable on what they were doing. Since they charge by the hour they were working really fast but getting the job done right which I was happy about. What was most impressive was that they could listen to what I was saying and work at the same time since they know they are charged by the hour. They wasted no time getting to work and I was pleasantly surprised by the price. I expected it to be much higher considering all the issues I had.

They came out the same day I called. They give a senior discount. I was satisfied with the price; they are fair. As far as I know their quality is great. They fixed my problem every time they have done something for me.

We got them through Angie's List. They are excellent plumbers. They do the work quickly and efficiently. I had to get the parts from the warehouse, but they installed everything for us when they said they would and did an excellent job. Everything was fine.

They have an minimum of an hour charge plus supplies. We have used them in the past. They have always been professional, quick, courteous and priced fair. I will use them again.

I've used them several times. Two of the times were emergencies, one a water leak and one a gas leak. Another plumber I

Baker Bros Plumbing has always been a great company that we used a lot. My wife interacted with them constantly because of her business. And then we use them anytime we have problems here at our house, we use them a little over a month ago, we were having toilet problems and they came out and got us fixed up very quickly. Our experience was excellent. They are very knowledgeable, very helpful and did a great job. The assess the problem, give you an idea of what is going you and let you know before they do the work what they are going to do. They are very helpful, very punctual with us anyway.
