Friendly and Courteous from initial phone contact all the way to the service tech. Service Tech, Tyron, was prompt, knowledgeable, and was able to get my system back up and running in less than an hour. Would definitely use them again in the future.

In my 68 years I do not think I've worked with a company as incredible as ETR. From the person answering the phone, to the sales representative (Will), to the incredible team of young men who worked for 12 hours STRAIGHT, ETR was amazing. I cannot say enough about them! Professional, punctual, courteous, and knowledgeable. If more companies were managed and run like ETR we would have such less stress. I am also thrilled about this Daikin system. With 12 year guaranty on parts AND labor, they are one of the few who stand behind their product to this extent. HIGHLY RECOMMEND ETR!!

This was a 2nd opinion. They were able to find a very simple and very inexpensive fix for my AC. The first company recommended a $5,000 repair and charged me $414. ETR came out and charged me $59 and my AC has been working great ever since!

We called first thing in the morning (9am) and the technician showed up a few minutes after 5pm. We called twice throughout the day and kept getting told we were next, but with no ETA. The service call took him a total of 30 minutes. He was friendly and professional, but I feel like I was overcharged. He spent 10 minutes analyzing the issue and then added 3 lbs of freon to our system. That was it. I understand the freon cost about $100, but I thought the additional $200 in add on fees were ridiculous considering the time and effort it took him. I didn't get a detailed bill either, which is a little odd. Not sure if we would hire them again. I think we might try someone else next time and see if we have a better experience.

We shopped around and East Texas Refrigeration gave us the best price on a high-efficiency Trane air conditioning system. The installers were professional, courteous and left our home spotlessly clean. I received my bill in about two week and paid it online through their website. The whole experience was easy and the work was high quality; the systems works very nicely, the Trane product is very quiet and the cools our home quickly. I would absolutely use ETR again.

Jody and Lawrence were at the house by 8am, they were friendly, courteous and professional. They worked diligently all day to
complete our installation in the face of problems caused by the small size of our AC closet. They had drop cloths from the front door to where they were working and when they left they vacuumed and cleaned up the debris from the installation. I would highly recommend this company, the price was reasonable, the quality great and some of the best employees I have ever seen.

This was our first "litmus test" of Angie's List and we were pleased. East Texas refrigeration offers a biannual system check for $280 per year. You pay the annual fee at their first visit. Their systems tech arrived promptly on-time (maybe a few minutes early). He was neat, organized, and pleasant. Also, he did not seem rushed and spent approximately 90-minutes checking and cleaning our HVAC. This was our first time to use East Texas Refrigeration and we could not be happier.

They are on Angie’s list. The people whom I spoke on phone were very professional. They showed up when they were going to. They were very knowledgeable. They spent a lot of time with me. I was impressed by their service and the work that they did for me. The young man who came to the house seemed to be very knowledgeable. He got the heating and cooling working the way it had to be. He also gave me a price of what he was doing and what he found and whether or not I would continue to have problems with it.
