"The new Install went great - was completed in 1 day. They replaced the existing 4 ton Air Handler & A/C unit with a 5 ton / SEER 16 HEAT PUMP & Air Handler system. The electric bills for December, 2021 was $386 & January, 2022 was $623 which we thought was excessive for a 2040 sq.ft. house."

"We live in D/FW area. Bought our indoor and outdoor AC units for around $7,000.00 in June 2019 when (quality) air had a Dallas location. Started having cooling problem in beginning of Oct. 2019. Took couple of weeks to contact and discover that (quality) air was in Houston area only now, not Richardson; leaving multiple messages for Sean (the only one that could handle warranty repairs?); getting no call backs! Finally arranged for "quality" to fix AC. Did not stay fixed but week or 2! Husband and I have been leaving multiple msgs for Sean with no return calls even during regular, not holiday, days, weeks. I finally got ahold of someone that said that Sean was in charge of warranty repair, but had been busy!? She also said that she would try him again and then have another Supr contact us so we would not have to keep waiting for service! (My husband had been told that their were no other suprs.) We have still heard nothing!! Now we've had Thanksgiving and the weekend. They now want me to call back during regular office hours! We paid thousands of dollars on both units less than a year ago and are unable to get QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE NOR REPAIR!!! Most CSR's have been rude when questioned further about our service! We've also had to take off work with no PTO to try to get AC fixed. (At least it's not 100 degree Summer weather.) But we have all been uncomfortable and frustrated at lack of AC, service, repair, courtesy, urgency, etc!!! Extremely disappointed!!!!!!!!! Still waiting on return contact and complete repair!"
