They were kind of hit or miss. It depends on what technicians showed up. I felt like the technicians were trying to up-sell what I didn't need. Some of the technicians kind of knew what they were doing. They guy was telling me something was broken, when it wasn't broken. I was turned off by the company because of that. The most recent visit the guy was most competent. Their pricing is competitive. They are pretty good. He told me the system running and have no issues, most likely he is trying to up-sell you. That kind of rings the bell. I don't think I would recommend them again. I would search out another company.

They have been absolutely great, their service is good the prices are good.

He diagnosed from zero during the problem and it happened to be nothing more than a loose wire, that I would have never found. He could have taken me for a ride if he wanted to. It was during a warm time, and it was a wait. It wasn't like instantaneous. It was like a couple days later when he showed up.

Once he was in route he gave me updates and that part worked. It was just the delay in starting.
It was just one guy. It took about an hour. He was excellent, no debris or anything, he picked up what he brought, there was nothing really disassembled other than the panel.

Comfort Tech ( SALES PERSON ) was sent out the very same day, very prompt.

Performed Inspection of entire system. Very professional & precise.

    At time of sales call, A#1 Air was supposedly running a( 60% off )equipment sale, and still the estimated replacement cost was

almost double for exact same services and equipment replaced by another  company. When replacing Evaporating Unit upstairs,

had talked with installers about the reported bad condition of unit. Upon removal of said unit was told and shown that unit

 WAS NOT Damaged, and in fact had not been opened up for inspection, or Diagnosis.

Their work is good, but they just need to work on their service plan. One guy comes out and it takes him about thirty minutes to complete the job. The technicians are very accurate and trustworthy. I would say they do good work, but just don't buy the service plan.

They installed a new air conditioner for us. They were very courtesous, polite and efficient. They did a great job!

Brad Nevil and his amazing crew of 1 spent 3 days totally revamping our existing AC/heating system, including correcting a flaw in the air conditioner that was incorrectly assembled at the factory. Although his business is located in Irving, they were willing to come all the way out to Covington, at least 70 miles one way, to correct numerous problems that our local AirMasters missed or ignored. At first, we were actually considering purchasing an entirely new system but Mr. Nevil, rather than seeing $$$ selling us a new unit, took on the challenge of fixing what we had.
Now, for the first time in 15 years, our AC runs the way it should have all along. The house is evenly cool and our electric bill has dropped dramatically because everything is running efficiently. Mr. Nevil's vast knowledge of AC/heating systems and his INTEGRITY are a rarity in today's culture and I would highly and continuously recommend him.

I interviewed 8 companies to do the replacement of my heat pump. I found quite a variety of prices and information from the different providers.
I was most impressed by Brad and his team. They took the time to diagnose the problem correctly, thoroughly investigating both the inside and outside units. They clearly explained to me all my different options along with pros and cons (for example, fixing versus replacing, replacing only the interior unit versus replacing both the interior and the exterior unit, etc.). I so appreciate the time they took to educate me and it meant a lot that they didn't pressure me into a solution - they laid out all my options and let me choose the solution that worked best for my situation.
They provided incredible customer service on both the investigation of the issue as well as the installation, and they delivered exactly as promised. I even had some structural issues in my AC/Heater closet that they were able to address, all within budget.
They provided the best price of all the competitors, and I can't say enough positive about their service!
