David, one of the owners, did the work himself.  We've used David before and are always please with his professionalism and knowledge.  He is always prompt and calls ahead to let us know when he'll arrive.  We like his work so much, we now have a yearly service plan with him.

Family was there on time and was very careful about removing the old unit and installing the new unit. Family techs took the time to protect the floors and. They did a great good cleaning up and explaining how to new system works.

My A/C went out on a weekend (Sunday).  I contacted the provider and was told that they will be able to get me in on Monday in between appointments.  I did have flexibility in scheduling as I was not working that particular day--this was not a problem at all.  The provider called me prior to arriving to let me know they were on the way.  When the provider came, they listened to my concerns and took a brief history of my HVAC system.  Then, the system was thoroughly checked and I was presented with the diagnosis and recommendation for repair.  I was also given other recommendations for preventative maintenance.  This particular provider was very professional and was not trying to force product and services onto me and took my best interests into account.  I ended up getting a capacitor replaced, I got a spring/summer service done on my unit and much needed freon added.  I was also given a general/overall report on the operating status/health of my HVAC unit.  I also agreed to the fall service for which I pre-paid.  I highly recommend this provider and will not be contacting another company to provide HVAC services. 

It's been very good.  We haven't had any issues or problems.  This one is really good and quiet and I don't have to hear it loud which is great.  Family have been dealt with them for several years.  They're very dependable and they remember you.  They're a bit disorganize in their office like they would call me for the service and they won't remember that we have gotten it.  They just get things a little bit confused in there.  The service is always good.
