Mel is a delight to deal with. Punctual and a very hard worker. The third time we have used her service and will continue on using her services. To be able to trust a service person in your home with your pet and no one else is priceless!!

This is second time I have used them. The service was great. When they come to the house they review what work needs to be done and gives suggestions on how to take care of it. They was in and out within 2 hours. Very pleased with the work done.

I have been very pleased with the work. They cleaned 2 rooms of carpet. They also steam cleaned my shower and tile then sealed it. Prompt and reviews the site first before cleaning. They was in and out within 2 hours.

Mel & Marco is excellent!

Mel and Marco did a wonderful job cleaning our tile, grout and carpet. The majority of our home is tile with very light grout. We have been renovating our home for several years. Needless to say, our grout and tile were very dirty. It looks new and beautiful thanks to Mel and Marco. It took them several hours. They carefully moved furniture and went to great lengths to be sure nothing was damaged. They even worked around our German Shepherd! The carpet in our master bedroom had major stains from the traffic it receives. We were going to replace it because we didn't think it would ever come clean. When they finished you would never know it looked so bad! It feels great and looks amazing! They saved us a lot of money, it is a very expensive carpeting. 
I can not say enough wonderful things about their cleaning service. They have been cleaning our home twice a month for over two years. They take great care of us as customers!! I highly recommend their services.

Mel & Marco are wonderful to work with and did an excellent job on our carpets and floors.  Our tile floors look brand new as they cleaned the grout and the tile.  One area that was white tile with what appeared to be black grout turned to white and cream - amazing transformation!  They also clean all our carpets and took extra care with our furniture after to ensure everything was safe.   Will definitely use them again in the future!

I first contacted M&M via Angie's list and received an immediate response from them.  My questions got clarified and we scheduled a time for them to come;  4 days later thy were at my front door right on time.  The service was fantastic.  They were even able to remove a stain a previous provider was not able to remove.  They do more than just "some" furniture moving with their furniture slides.  They are very well prepared and organized.  The work was done excellent and done in a timely manner.  I will recommend them to anyone who asks and even those who don't ask.

Mel & Marco are a very sweet & hard working couple. They were very professional, punctual and did a wonderful job steam cleaning my carpet and polishing my wood floors. I needed the high beams in my living room cleaned before they came out but didn't find anyone to do it in the short time I had, so they offered to clean the beams for me for Free! They took the time to polish even the small patches on the wood floors and stairwells! Its been 3 months since they worked for me but I didn't want to forget giving them a great review on Angie's List.

Mel answered the phone when I first called to schedule an appointment for an estimate and was able to come out with a very flexible time to walk thru the home. Their quote to clean the carpet, tile and wipe down the whole home was very reasonable considering the 3,800 sq feet and built in bookshelves and cabinetry. We had a tight time frame before my wife and I moved in and they were able to break the cleaning into two segments and finish within one week of me calling. As for the cleaning itself; they did an AMAZING job! You can tell that they put a lot of love into their work and pay attention to every tiny detail of your home to make sure that you are completely satisfied. I would recommend them for any cleaning job and will utilize them in the future for any cleaning needs!

Marco and Mel were both professional and very friendly. The carpets in our home are really old and ready to replace, so I wasn't expecting miracles. They were thorough and explained if they had any problems with stains. I was impressed that they were able to get the carpets as clean as they did. The best part is how friendly they are. I will use them!
