"I hired Alex for foundation repairs, paid $12,121.21 on January 23, 2025, and the job was supposed to start in February. He dug large holes around my home—and never returned. It’s been 5 months with no confirmed start date. Alex also said I needed gutters and windows, so I paid him an additional $8,855.06 on February 20. That work hasn’t started either because it depends on the foundation being finished. Now I’m unable to move forward with critical electrical, HVAC, and plumbing repairs. The situation is stalled, and I’m left with a torn-up yard, an unstable home, and no resolution in sight."

This was not the first time we used this company, but I would never recommend them or would I ever hire this company again. At Neptune Sprinklers we pride ourselves on the fact that we have never installed a system that we couldn't use as a referral. During the biding process we will take the time to listen to your needs and concerns and come up with the best solution to irrigate your lawn in the most efficient fashion. We use only the best products available for residential sprinkler systems. Hunter and Rainbird are the only brands we use. Through my 16 years of experience I have found that these brands are by far the best, with the least amount of problems. Although there is only a 3 year manufactures warranty on these parts, I have found that these brands will last far beyond the warranty period. Take your time to browse through our site and give us a call when you are ready for your free estimate. The service fee charge is from $80 up to $100 depending locations. 1 hour cancellation notice.

There are many "like" companies, and they all have their busy schedules and skills, but Chris and Neptune just stood out well above everyone else. It started with the quote. He arrived on time and prepared, and had the quote done the next day. Once we scheduled the job he was on time and managed the job personally. Our job was quite complicated to include water pressure issues, and we could not be happier with the completed project! You just don't expect this level of customer service from companies like this, at least we didn't, and what a refreshing surprise to know that company's like Chris' DO exist. The old addadge that customer service matters is so important, because "word of mouth" advertizing can be so powerful. Chris can count on us to share our story! When I called their office and explained this to the lady she stated she would talk to owner and would get back to me that never happened then a couple of weeks later one of their works knocked to see if I needed service I stated the above and said yes please he started to blow the leaves out front five minutes later they were gone and paid each time. I called their office and this time I spoked to the owner he stated the same as the lady before him and I got the same results no replies and now they avoid my calls."
