We recently hired Picture Perfect Lawns to transform our side yard into the perfect outdoor oasis here in Austin, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, they were quick, easy to work with, and attentive to exactly what we envisioned. Their team was professional and responsive, making the whole process seamless. We had a few quotes from other companies that were just way too high, but Jorge offered competitive rates without sacrificing quality. They also did a fantastic job with tree services when we first moved in, making our yard feel refreshed and clean from the start. I've dealt with many contractors in the past, and I will say that Jorge is one of the best! He's honest, respectful, fairly priced, very responsive, delivers quality landscaping, and prioritizes customer satisfaction. I had a big landscaping job I wanted done before my housewarming party, essentially converting my entire front yard to gravel and doing a gravel design in the back with pavers. Jorge told me that he could have done by then. At first I was a little skeptical given the amount of work that needed to be done in one week, but his crew came in as promised on Monday and completed it right before my hose warming party. IT WAS A HIT! Lots of compliments on the landscaping design and turned out to be a great gathering! Also, Jorge's work crew is FANTASTIC! They were adaptable, kind, hard working, but also catered to the client's need to ensure customer satisfaction. He came out to replace a broken paver after the party -- truly guarantees his work. 100% Recommend

We had Jorge out to look at the disaster that was our front yard. We have a steep sloping front that made it impossible to keep the grass alive with watering restrictions. He met with us and presented us with a design that allowed us to discuss with him changes and also served as as a document that we had to use to get approval for the changes with our HOA. Jorge also gave us an itemized list of costs for materials and plants that made it clear what the costs were and would allow for adjustments as needed. We did make some changes mid project and they were flexible in making that happen. One of the most important things from my perspective is that once his crew started they were there everyday. I have had bad experiences in the past where some contractors take on so much work that you wait weeks for completion as they spread their time across multiple projects. His crew was finished in under a week. The goal was to turn a good part of our front into drip beds and reduce the lawn size. His crew built the beds frame with white limestone and completely remove all of the old grass and weeds. We settled on Zoysia sod to increase the drought tolerance( We had St Augustine previously) We also had the sprinklers changed to low flow Hunter MP heads that lay down water at a lower rate minimizing runoff. All the neighbors that come by love the changes and have asked for Jorge contact information. They did a great job.

Five stars isn’t enough. Jorge and his crew went over and above to truly make my yard picture perfect! I was hesitant to use the stones in place of trying to grow more grass, but the end result was better than I could even imagine. I really appreciate their hard work, especially when it’s 100 outside!
