A shout out for Anderson Roofing! They did a roof replacement for me yesterday, June 24 and one could not ask for a better experience. They did an excellent job on the roof, great job on clean up afterwards. David, the job boss was on-site all day and answered any and all questions I had. They went the extra mile in taking care of some concerns I pointed out concerning some previous leaks. There was an issue with the air conditioning and they took care of that right away today. No questions, just took care of it. Had a wonderful conversation with Mark, the owner of the company who came out this morning with the crew to address the air conditioning. A 100% better experience than I had the last time I had the roof replaced. I can't say enough good things about them. Need a roof? Call Anderson Roofing!

Excellent. Good communication with the field manager and shingles delivered just as work started. Actual work completed within two days then gutters after roof complete. Highly recommend and would use again.

This is a highly professional company. First class service, very responsive from first call to final payment. Willing to work with insurance companies. Anderson Roofing puts customer first. Price was competitive, job was performed on time and to our total satisfaction. Very easy to work with, responsive/helpful front office. This is one of those "hard to find" companies that know what they are doing, are willing to explain it to the customer, closely check on progress/quality of crew's work while job is being completed, and are available for any questions. No problems whatsoever and we will definitely call them again in the future. Would rate this company as A++++

On Monday of this week, M&T Anderson Roofing showed up on time and committed two 4-man crews, who were able to complete the entire roofing portion in one day! I work from home and would occasionally observe how things were going and the teams were thorough and professional. Matthew, the field supervisor, was absolutely wonderful to work with. He explained the entire process and all the timelines, answering every question I had. Before and after the work, he went up into the attic and the attic over the garage to ensure the new roofing nails wouldn't harm any HVAC system lines or the gas line to the home. The crews removed all of the old shingles and installed a new Rhino Synthetic Underlayment before installing new GAF Timberline HD 30-year Architectural Shingles. We chose the "Weathered Wood" color, which was one of the pre-approved colors that the HOA approved. They did a great job and I was pleased that they were able to complete the work in one day. On Wednesday, the gutter crew consisting of 5 men removed and installed new gutters and downspouts on the entire roof in about 4 hours. The color of the materials was almost exactly like the color of the house trim and looks absolutely wonderful. Both the roof and gutter installers were meticulous and cleaned up before leaving. Matthew said the groups had been working on roofs for years, so they had a great deal of experience and it showed in their work. I would definitely hire them again. I felt the cost was very fair, considering the amount of work involved and the excellent craftsmanship.

Crew is very courteous. The site was spotless when they left and they were mindful of some new landscaping I just had put in. This is the second roof in 20 year Anderson has done Andover that span of time the quality is excellent Brad Anderson takes a lot of pride in his work and is a very timely and hands on. You will see him on the job

I have used Anderson over the years on any roofing needs and they have been terrific. I have an older roof which always has something going on. Anderson always been spot on for being able to correctly diagnose and fix the problem and always within their original estimate. Once repaired, I have never had a problem with any of their fixes.

We have lived in our home for 15 years. We have had multiple hail storms and at least 3 or 4 roofs replaced. (I can go look this up but obviously none of them are memorable - they all worked) This is the first and most expensive roof that has not performed. Every time it rains, our roof leaks. We have called them back every time, sometimes they show up, sometimes they don't. Here are our issues.
Communication. When the roof was being put on, and every consecutive time, I asked them by email and in person to contact me when they were coming. They ALWAYS called my SO, at his work, and tell him. He has to stop and call me and tell me when they are coming. He is a general manager of two dealerships - he has a lot more to do than to direct their calls when I'm sitting here waiting on them.
Showing up. They don't show up when they say. They were called May 5, 2015. No one showed up. It rained again this week. Roof leaked into the house. Someone was supposed to show up yesterday. We left at 8pm. Finally, my husband got a call that someone was here. We rushed home. My husband contacted me again this morning. Someone was coming. I was gone. No one calls me. I rush home - no one has been here. Same issues. No communication. He works - I don't. They refuse to contact me and coordinate or communicate with me. Ridiculous.
Quality of work: MOST IMPORTANT: I'm not sure why they charged as much as they did. Because they could?!?!? I will never recommend them for any work and would like to make sure everyone knows that they DO NOT KNOW DECRA ROOFS LIKE THEY CLAIM TO!!!! Our sky lights are leaking into our attic and down into the chimney. I have called the city code inspection and I'm waiting on them to come. Hopefully this will be resolved with Anderson Roofing paying for all our damage. BEWARE!!! MAKE SURE YOU HIRE A REAL ROOFING COMPANY!!!

It was a very pleasant experience working with Anderson Roofing, they were very thorough and punctual. The final price came in a bit less than their original quote due to less materials being needed than they thought (who does that??). I would highly recommend them.

Anderson Roofing Inc was professional ALL THE WAY! I had many roofing contractors come out. The majority of them did not want to talk to me unless they could repair the entire roof. Some went as far as trying to talk my insurance company into replacing the roof only to disappear again when my insurance company turned down a full repair.
When I was about to give up, I found Anderson Roofing. They came out and gave me an estimate for the repairs promptly. The estimator explained the problem and why the shingles were falling out. When we agreed on a price, they showed up on time and finished the repairs in a day.
I would definitely use them again!

While inspecting my home (which I do at regular intervals), I noticed some shingles around heat pipe had come off (I think their nails had come off). Based on my previous experience with Anderson Roofing, I requested them to do an inspection and quote me a price. The price quoted was exactly what I expected for the amount of work involved. I immediately scheduled an appointment. Most of the communication was handled by Tina at Anderson Roofing and she was a pleasure to work with. All my calls were answered and all concerns were addressed in a timely manner. I had requested them to call us before they start for our home so that we can crate our dogs. The person who came to fix the roof (I am not sure about the name as I was not present at the time of service) called before starting. My wife mentioned that he was courteous and explained things pretty well.
Bottom line - everything was fixed as expected. I would definitely use them again for all roofing needs.

After the inspection, he explained what he saw on my roof. Very professional and honest. I will likely use them for any roof work in the future. As of now, he said my roof was in good condition.

He sent his crew out in the heat. He went home and did research in his lab with the product with heat. He was very honest and said that he could not do the job and did not charge us.

Mark come on June 25th to look at some potential leaks in the roof causing a stain in the bedroom ceiling. He went in the attic and identified a section of flashing that needed to be nailed down. He also went on the roof and identified a potential leak source in a missing piece from the outside of the chimney. While in the attic he noted that the A/C drip pan was very full and that was probably causing the overflow drain on the patio to constantly drip water and suggested I call a plumber.
I told him that I had a plumber coming the next day to look at 2 other leaks and he said to let him know after the plumber left if I still needed him to nail down the flashing if the plumber did not. I emailed him on the 26th after the plumber left and told him the plumber was unable to nail the flashing down and requested he come and do that work and also fix the chimney if he could.
He was very honest with me in stating that he was uncomfortable fixing the chimney as he had no experience with that type of work but would try to find the part and come on the 27th to finish the work. I responded that I did not want him to feel uncomfortable with the chimney repairs and would call a chimney company to come for that work. He agreed and came on the 27th and nailed down the flashing.
Because I was ill on the 27th I did not hear him come and finish the flashing work. So I called him that evening and he said he had already been there and nailed the flashing down. He also told me that for a 15 year old roof mine was in remarkably good condition and should be good for several more years if no major weather caused damage. I sent him a check in the mail the next day.
Mark was very professional and very honest. I am sure there are lots of companies that would have tried to fix the chimney just to increase the repair bill. I appreciate Mark's being honest enough to admit he was not experienced in that work and recommending a chimney company as they would know exactly what part needed replacing and how to fix it.
I would definitely use Anderson's Roofing again and when the time comes for a new roof he will be one of the first roofers I call for estimates.

Anderson accomodated us with a rush job that had to be completed inbetween some other construction that was taking place. They provided us with a bid $250 less than our previous bid, scheduled and completed the work on time, and did a marvelous job. They cleaned every bit of their debris away before leaving. The workers were very professional and pleasant as well as talented. Chad Anderson initially contacted us to review and provide the bid, called to make certain we were expecting them and

Anderson Roofing is fantastic. They promptly and courteously answered all my questions. They provided a great price that required no haggling. They did a great (and quick) job replacing my roof. I would definitely use them again (although I hope I don't have to!).

One of my neighbors was an Angie's List member before I became one, and when I told him of my need to replace my roof, he told me of his own recent experience. He had researched Angie's List, chose Anderson Roofing and recommended them very highly. As a result, I included them in my 3 quotes. They came up the clear winner. They were very prompt getting to my house for the estimate, provided a quote very quickly, and worked well with us, and the insurance company. Anderson Roofing was in and out so quick it was amazing. There were a couple of workmanship issues, which Mark Anderson personally came out to observe and corrected them very quickly. There was a small leak around a chimney, an odd piece of flashing built on a compound angle (which still isn't all that great), and a misunderstanding about the length of ridge-vent I expected on the main roof. Anderson Roofing corrected everything we identified, and at a discount! We were very pleased with the work and would likewise recommend them to anyone else. They also provided us with a great quote on guttering too!
