Our house was hit by a bad hail storm not long ago. A few months before I hired Roger the Roofer for some minor repairs on our roof. So when the storm was over and we saw our skylight was broken we knew the rest of the room would be in bad shape. So my first call was to Roger the Roofer. I worked with Juston on both of these projects the initial minor repairs and the full scale hail damage repair. Juston is awesome, he guided us through the process from picking the right shingles to our much better gutters he made the process easy and fast. Juston keep us in the loop the whole way, I never had to call him for an update or asking for anything twice. He is a total pro. When it came time to do the actual job, Juston and crew were prompt, polite and again fast. They got the job done in under two days. Plus they make sure to not leave anytime for me to clean up. No trash at all, no nails in the law or anything like that. These guys are great. We have a better than new roof and I could not recommend them more. If you donâ t believe me ask my many neighbors who hired Juston with Roger the Roofer to take care of their homes also 6 out of 5 stars!

Juston was great. Came out and I feel like he was honest with me unlike the others. Didnâ t have enough hail damage to get it replaced so he fixed the issue I was having. Will be calling back for future roofing needs.

I have this roof leaking problem for long time through several roofers. Roger The Roofer showed me the pictures they had done and gave me the lifetime warranty. Wow! Apparently they have confidence in the works they have performed.

Getting my new roof was a great process with Roger the Roofer and Brian Crowson Project Manager. The service was fantastic, they helped me with the insurance claim and answered all questions, Brian was there on the job every step of the way and they even helped me get my patio roofing done and it all looks fantastic. But the best part was the service and attention to what I wanted to get done. They cleaned up well and finished the job in one day and came another day to do the patio roof and all was a very easy process. I recommend Roger the Roofer for your new roof!

I told Justin that I needed to have the ceiling in the bedroom repaired from the original leak. He said that after the next rainstorm if it does not leak then he would refer a drywall person to repair the ceiling. After the next rainstorm the leak had been repaired and I notified Justin that I needed to have the ceiling repaired. He recommended a drywall person who gave me an estimate and he repaired it to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend Roger

He worked really well with the insurance company. Was able to get the roof, gutters and garage door replaced by insurance. He coordinated all the work and checked up on all of it. Great to work with. Would highly recommend Roger.

Project manager Juston was GREAT! He is very knowledgeable, professional, punctual and has an excellent eye for detail. He communicated well, always available answering calls either by phone and/or text and was willing to take the time to make sure every detail of the job was covered. He was most helpful dealing with the insurance company. Superb customer service and just excellent from start to finish. He gets 10 stars for his job.
