I could tell quickly that he truly enjoys what he does and that he seemed very credible. He was able to go to my house the same day we spoke and he provided me a reasonable quote. He also mentioned he thought my front door needed some attention and I agreed with him. The next day he and his team started the job. They redid two fence posts so the gates could close easily and sanded and stained my front door. They also polished my granite counters in my kitchen. He communicated well during the job which I appreciated as I was out of town. I am very pleased with his professionalism l, his rates, and his solid communication. "I clearly had my project under the section ?Mount TV on wall?. I clearly stated on the listing that I needed a 65 inch tv MOUNTED on my wall with a tilt/swivel mount and an in wall tv power kit. The guy shows up an hour late, which I completely understood being the day before Thanksgiving, only to come in my house and act like he didn?t know the project was for mounting my tv. He said he thought it was just for the in wall power kit. Then he said he would do me a favor and charge me $100 more to mount the tv with the full motion mount, after quoting me $195 plus 4% fee for using a debit/credit card, bringing it up to over $300. I told him to get out of my house. He sends an email that states their business is of Christian brothers. I wonder if he understands that God doesn?t let people get away with deceptive practices, especially when using His name: Acts 5:3?5. Hopefully, this guy and his partners change their ways before it?s too late. Praying for those cheats! In Jesus? Name!"
