Terminix ripped of a 88 year old USAF Veteran. They were just supposed to come and do an assessment to get a quote on what the service would run. The Tech Ray Clay Jr ID# 99155 relay2terminix.com came on a rainy day and was only suppose to evaluate and give an estimate. He stood around talking for a few minutes then left. A few weeks later Ruben Longoria ID# 560615 who was the actual y inspector who should have came first showed up. I explained to him about the previous visit and that we were still wanting an estimate for the home owner. They charged $204.59 and when we called the local office we found out they were closed down with no local office. So we called to every office and regional office to let them the charge was placed with no service being done, but no one wanted to help. We never agreed on a continued plan due to the bad service, but they tried to request a second payment even after informing them that we did not want to use them. And now they filed a claim and a credit company is seeking payment . STAY AWAY if they will do this to a 88 year old woman, who else??

They were timely, explained things thoroughly, checked and took his time to make sure I was rodent free. His was very polite. I will highly recommend and use them, again.

Termite activity was halted. Have scheduled a visit to spray inside wall once repairs are startd to determine all termite activity is completely stopped.

They do what I ask them to do and they come when I call them, I've been using Terminix for decades.
It's all good, I schedule by going online and taking the day I want and then I get a confirmation from their technician that he received my requested then he'll be out there, it a window I don't set say like nine thirty, it's a window of couple of couple of hours but I don't have to be here for him to come a do the service I only have to be here if I want him to spray inside of the house.
I saw of couple of fire ants and I called them up and say hey I got some fire ants and he came out and he sprayed it, which is really kind of a big deal here because I have a huge back lawn it's the size of two lots.

Their price is a little high, but we've never gotten any bugs or scorpions in the house. They called before they come which is nice.

Lending Company asked for an updated inspection when it appeared the closing was past 90 days since the original inspection. A mere formality since Terminex had started their ongoing treatment so obviously there would be no new problems. Rep appeared on the site, checked the box on a new form, signed his name and charged my tenant another $250! When I explained I would submit a complaint on Social Media they offered to refund $125. They have not yet done this. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!!!
