I have almost 20 years experience in the construction industry. My father was a carpenter/contractor, and started working for him when I was 9 years old. "Thank you for the 5-star rating on "Quality" and "Customer Service." I disagree with the 4 stars on "Value for Money." Here are the services provided: 1) Removed and reinstalled 9 fence boards. 2) Dug up and reset 4 fence posts in concrete, which required temporary installation of a ratcheting system for each individual post. 3) Trimmed two trees, one of them being a huisache tree, which is difficult to handle and hard on chainsaws. 4) Trimmed the front live oak away from the sidewalk (not part of original Scope of Work). 5) Hauled away and dumped a full load of trimmings. Total time spent: 6 hours. Charged: $400. Value of Services Provided: $600."
