Words cannot express how amazing our bathroom transformation came out to be after Ruben with The Handy Firm took care of business. I've worked with this firm multiple times for various jobs. I'm so lucky to have Ruben as my handyman. His pricing is fair and his skill level of work is excellent. He replaced a rotten wall next to my fireplace. He also found the leak was coming from my roof and repaired the roof as well. Plus, my bathroom shower is a marvel. Love these guys. Grass roots company!!

Ruben was scheduled to repair sky lights that were damaged in a hail storm. Ive hired Ruben for various projects before. He arrived on time and the install went well. The sky lights look beautiful. Ruben even offered to trim some trees while he was up there. I scheduled him to come back next week. Very grateful!

I hired Ruben through a friend of mine who has worked with him for 20 years. Ruben arrived on time and applied Tybek wrap to a building on my property. I hired him to comeback next week to repair the roof. Ruben was super friendly and knowledgeable. Also, I was impressed by costumer service at The Handyman Firm as well. Highly recommend!!

Asked them to replace missing shingles on the roof and a few rotten external window seams as well as tighten roof vents. Rueben and his team were courteous and timely and completed the job to my satisfaction. Will hire again for other handyman tasks. Thanks a million!

Workers Ruben and Sergio were friendly and knowledgeable about the process to complete the projects of replacing a bathroom toilet, replacing a garbage disposal, and preparing the cement and digging the hole deeper for placement of the metal pole holding up the mailbox. I liked their attitude and work ethic so much that I asked them to do two other jobs: repairing a garage wall, and repairing a garage ceiling. All 5 jobs were completed the same day at a very reasonable price.

This project was quoted by Ruben and suppose to be performed by Ruben; at least that's what I was told by the owner John Paul. The only savior was Sergio, the other carpenter. I loved him. Ruben came to my house, showed Sergio what to do and left. Ruben stated he had somewhere to go right quick. Ruben left at 1:30 and retuned about 5:00pm to help, then he left again at 6:00pm and never returned. Sergio didn't leave my house until 9:40pm and they still had work to do. Let's keep in mind, John Paul told me this would be a one day job. The next day Ruben came back to finish the job but didnt.

"Ruben is one of our estimators and a Project Manager for our company. It is his responsibility to manage the various tradesman and projects that we have scheduled. He is not always able to be onsite for an entire project start to finish. Sometimes projects take longer than expected. In this case additional tasks were requested beyond the scope of the original project which caused the project to take longer than originally anticipated. We went ahead and did not charge the customer for the additional work that was done."
