They redid two fence posts so the gates could close easily and sanded and stained my front door. They also polished my granite counters in my kitchen. He communicated well during the job which I appreciated as I was out of town. I am very pleased with his professionalism l, his rates, and his solid communication. He caused damage to the flooring (carpets and wood), baseboards, and one of the sprinkler heads. The latter being at least $1200 to repair. He tried to clean, but it was too much. So he wrote off the unpaid balance to help reimburse us. "
