"Tech replaced the suspension rods on my Samsung WA50R5400AV washer and fixed the UB error. He used non-OEM parts, but he stood by them and the machine is now running fine. After the repair he casually brought up adding gas dryer vent/internal cleaning plus refrigerator coil cleaning, making it sound like a small, inexpensive add-on. I agreed. He later quoted $500 ($249 for dryer + $249 for refrigerator). After some back-and-forth we settled on $350. This is the red flag: No price was ever quoted or confirmed before the extra work started. If he had told me the real cost upfront, I would not have agreed to it. Their website promises ?clear quote before any work begins? and ?no hidden fees,? but that didn?t happen. The washer repair was decent and the parts are working so far (done June 1, 2026), but the add-on was pitched and priced in a misleading way. I ended up spending over $800 total when I only needed the washer repair. Very disappointed with the lack of transparency.."

"Jorge at ibuild exceeded my expectations from start to finish when taking my design to reality on my clientâ s bathroom remodel project. He was quick to respond, transparent with costs, and saw that issues were quickly resolved. I got multiple compliments from the client that they were so happy I connected them! Communication was excellent and I would absolutely recommend his team for any bathroom remodel. The final project was beautiful and no details were overlooked. I will be using for future projects."

"Mario did an excellent job making a pier and beam foundation for my future home. He replied quick (during the holidays as well), and was very communicative. He worked around my budget without any issues. After many attempts of looking for someone to do this for my new home, Mario was the right man for the job. Would definitely call him again for any future projects."

"I had no complaints, but we did get snagged by covid for awhile. No control there"
