I needed a boundary land survey for a fence installation. Josue Miranda replied to my request within a few hours. He had an estimate for me the next day, and was able to schedule the survey within two days. His employee, Pedro, and one other gentleman, were extremely professional and thorough. Pedro took the time to explain all markers, and answer my questions. I completely understood what was done so I can explain to the fence contractor. Josue had all documents to me within two days. I would definitely use Josue Miranda again. Also, his estimate was competitive.
